In-House Financing

These are the required documents and prerequisites (in paper form):

1. Valid DRIVER’S LICENSE of person purchasing vehicle.

 2. Most recent PAYSTUB showing CURRENT year to date earnings

 3. RENTAL AGREEMET along with 3 BILLS showing you're current address

 4. 3 names, addresses and phone numbers of friends and/or family in the area

 5. AUTO INSURANCE type negotiated at point of sale)

6. 1/3 of purchase price down + Tax + License

Everything is negotiable in person.
